Those needs drive our designs and influence the selection of finishes as well as the necessary fixtures, furnishings and equipment (FFE). Upon approval of the design package, specifications are developed and coordinated with engineers, architects, lighting designers and general contractors as required, to achieve your vision on schedule and within budget.

Office Building

1430 Branding Lane, Downers Grove, IL

Migrations, Inc. was hired by Suburban Real Estate Services, Inc. to design and develop the finishes, fixtures and related specifications for the common spaces and public restrooms at 1430 Branding Lane in Downers Grove. Two tenants – Concept Group Logistics, Inc. and Physical Layer Technologies, Inc. – working with the building architect, DDMR, Inc., also hired Migrations, Inc. to provide building standard approved finishes.

Migrations, Inc. has collaborated on many other properties owned and operated by SRESI. These properties include Fox River Corporate Center, NorthPointe O’Hare Office Condominiums and First Advantage Mortgage, LLC.
