Management Profile

Rebecca Paulsen, founder and president, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design in 1984 and then moved to England where she worked as Assistant Specifier for one of London's leading architectural, engineering and interior design firms. After returning to the States, she worked as a Project Manager, specifying furniture with the use of CAD software, for major furniture dealerships in St. Louis and Chicago. Some of her clients included First of America Bank in Peoria, Moore Business Forms in Lake Forest, Schnuck Markets and the Sverdrup Corporation in St. Louis and Kemper Securities in Chicago.

In 1992 she started work as an Assistant Vice President and Project Manager for the EVEREN Securities' (currently known as Wachovia Securities) Facility Department, providing project management for the 200,000 SF headquarters in Chicago and 170 branch offices across the country. With the inception of Migrations, Inc. in 1999, project management services focused on interior design development have expanded beyond the corporate office environment to include the hospitality market.

Combining education and knowledge with the experience of working for interior design firms, furniture dealerships, and end users as well as independently, Rebecca brings to the table a broad understanding of the interiors business and thereby provides complete project management services.
