During construction we constantly monitor the quality of consultant services and trades performance to deliver a final product that is a source of pride for the project team and, especially, the client.

The Holiday Inn

Monroe, NJ (Property Owner: The Blackstone Group)

In 2005 Migrations, Inc. first began working with the Blackstone Group on the renovation of the first-floor public space of the Holiday Inn Monroe – now known as the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Phase one included the complete renovation of the lobby, a 4,500 SF restaurant and a 10,000 SF ballroom. Phase two involved the renovation of the 200 guestrooms. A model room, designed by Elias Design Group, Inc. in New York, NY was completed just prior to the sale of the property.

Migrations, Inc. has worked as a project manager with the Blackstone Group since 2005 on many other hotel properties across the country, assisting with preliminary programming, site evaluation and project costing. The scope of work at the Crowne Plaza O’Hare, Chicago, IL included the development of meeting space and the renovation of a model room. Site evaluation and two model rooms were completed at the LaGuardia Airport Hotel, New York, NY. Project costing and another model room were completed at the Georgetown Inn, Washington, DC. Meeting room programming and space planning evaluation were completed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Fairfield, NJ and the Wyndham Hotel, Secaucus, NJ. Programming and project costing were completed for the renovation of the food and beverage outlets at the Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, Princeton, NJ. Pre-opening punch list work was completed for the Boca Beach Club Resort, Boca Raton, FL. Overseeing the installation of the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) and punch list were completed on Extended Stay Deluxe properties in Indianapolis, IN and Lombard, IL.
