RELOCATION COORDINATION
Proper time management is the master key to a successful relocation. Relocation Coordination begins with feasibility and adjacency studies as well as preliminary programming of origin and destination sites. Armed with the complete understanding of the organizational structure, office personnel head count and the project time line, Migrations, Inc. will evaluate existing and new fixtures, furnishings and equipment (FFE) to determine asset inventories for installation, relocation, off-site storage and liquidation. Pre-qualification and selection of vendor relocation services will be followed by onsite supervision during the actual relocation. The project ends with the decommissioning of the facility at origin.
