Migrations, Inc. was hired by Desks, Inc. to oversee specification development, procurement and installation of $25M of new furniture for the new 1.2M SF ABN AMRO Technology Center (now owned by Bank of America). The interiors were designed by GHK, Inc. and VOA Associates, Inc. Construction of the check processing center located on the lower podium floors was completed by Turner Construction Company while the tower interiors were built by Power Construction Company, LLC. The furniture installation completed by Systems Unlimited, Inc. dovetailed with construction taking approximately six months to deliver (third shift) and nine months to install (first shift) the movable walls, private offices, workstations, files and seating for 28 full floors plus the bank branch office and all first-floor retail space (with the exception of Starbucks®) . During the course of installation, programming needs changed for five floors and adjustments were made in the schedule to accommodate a 300-seat trading floor.
